Heating equipment is typically the largest energy user in the home. If a natural gas furnace or boiler is more than 20 years old, it is probably running very inefficiently compared to today’s models. One way to help offset the rising cost of energy and significantly reduce heating costs is to replace an old furnace or boiler with new high-efficiency heating equipment. In fact, a new furnace or boiler can save up to 30% of your heating energy usage.

Rebates up to $1,500 are available for heating equipment that meets or exceeds the following Annual Fuel Usage Efficiency (AFUE) ratings:

Massachusetts and New Hampshire High-Efficiency Water Heater Rebate Program
Connecting an in-direct fired water heater to an existing forced hot water heating system is one of the most efficient ways of heating hot water. To take advantage of this great rebate offer and to learn more about installing one of these units, call Climate Zone to see if your heating system is compatible.

COOL SMART Central AC Program
COOL SMART is a residential central air conditioning rebate program that promotes best installation practices through rebates to customers and contractors; training for HVAC technicians/contractors; and the sales and purchase of ENERGY STAR® qualified high-efficiency air conditioning equipment.
The COOL SMART program brings single- and multi-family residential customers together with qualified COOL SMART contractors such as Climate Zone to take advantage of energy efficiency incentives:
• Rebates of up to $500 on ENERGY STAR qualified central AC, heat pump, and ductless mini split heat pump systems
• Quality Installation Verification (QIV) for any new or existing residential central AC systems. Climate Zone is a QIV-trained contractor.
• 0% interest financing through the Mass Save Heat Loan Program

COOL SMART offers equipment rebates up to $500 for the purchase of qualified central AC, heat pump, and ductless mini split heat pump systems:

All submissions must be postmarked by January 31, 2016. Eligibility based on AHRI SEER and EER rating of outdoor condenser and indoor coil working together. Rounding up of SEER/EER ratings is not acceptable.
